Privacy Policy

How LiveGoLive collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information across our website and streaming services.

Effective date: July 15, 2026

1. Who We Are and Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Panda Learning Labs LLC, doing business as LiveGoLive (“LiveGoLive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit www.livegolive.com, create or use an account at studio.livegolive.com, communicate with us, or use our cloud-based media storage, scheduling, transcoding, streaming, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

LiveGoLive’s contact details are:

This Policy applies to personal information that LiveGoLive processes as a controller or business. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of YouTube, Twitch, Kick, another streaming destination, a payment processor, or any other third-party service.

When a customer uses the Services to transmit personal information contained in customer-uploaded media or stream metadata, LiveGoLive may process that information on the customer’s instructions as a processor or service provider. The customer remains responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required rights, permissions, and consents from people appearing in or otherwise associated with that content.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services.

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect:

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, password in hashed form, organization name, country or region, and account preferences.
  • Billing and transaction information, such as billing name and address, subscription plan, tax information, payment status, invoices, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not intend to store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on our systems.
  • Customer content, including videos, audio, images, playlists, captions, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, schedules, and other files or information you upload, create, or configure through the Services.
  • Streaming destination information, including destination names, channel identifiers, stream URLs, encrypted stream keys or tokens, scheduling settings, and other information needed to send streams to destinations you select.
  • Communications, including support requests, survey responses, feedback, and other messages you send us.

Please do not upload government identifiers, financial account credentials, health information, biometric templates, or other highly sensitive personal information unless LiveGoLive has expressly agreed in writing to process it.

2.2 Information From Connected Services

If you connect a third-party account or destination, we receive information authorized by you and made available by that provider. Depending on the connection and permissions you select, this may include:

  • your account, channel, or profile identifier and display name;
  • channel and broadcast metadata;
  • video, live broadcast, live stream, playlist, thumbnail, and scheduling information;
  • stream health, status, and limited performance or viewership information;
  • authorization tokens that allow LiveGoLive to perform actions you request; and
  • information needed to create, update, schedule, start, stop, or manage broadcasts on your behalf.

We do not ask for or store your YouTube, Google, Twitch, or Kick account password. If you manually provide a stream key or similar credential, we use it only to connect to the destination you specify and protect it as sensitive account information.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language, and approximate location derived from IP address;
  • pages and features used, referring page, timestamps, session duration, clicks, and diagnostic events;
  • account activity, upload and transcoding events, stream start and stop events, delivery status, bandwidth, storage usage, failures, and error logs; and
  • cookie identifiers and similar technical data described in Section 8.

2.4 Information From Other Sources

We may receive limited information from payment processors, authentication providers, fraud-prevention vendors, analytics providers, referral partners, public sources, or business customers that invite team members to an account.

3. How and Why We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • create, authenticate, administer, and secure accounts;
  • store, organize, transcode, schedule, and transmit customer content;
  • connect to and perform user-directed actions on third-party platforms;
  • operate automatic reconnection, broadcast rotation, monitoring, and other reliability features;
  • process subscriptions, trials, renewals, invoices, taxes, and payments;
  • provide support and send transactional or service-related communications;
  • monitor performance, diagnose errors, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the Services, users, and third parties;
  • understand usage and improve or develop the Services;
  • enforce our Terms of Service and other policies;
  • comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • send product news or marketing communications where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. We may still send non-marketing messages concerning your account or the Services.

Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a similar jurisdiction apply, our legal bases may include:

  • performance of a contract, where processing is needed to provide the Services you request;
  • legitimate interests, including securing, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • consent, such as for certain cookies, marketing, or connected-account permissions, which you may withdraw at any time; and
  • legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

4. YouTube API Services and Google User Data

LiveGoLive uses YouTube API Services when you choose to connect a YouTube channel. By using LiveGoLive’s YouTube-connected features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Depending on the feature and permissions you authorize, LiveGoLive may access, collect, store, and use YouTube API Data such as your YouTube channel ID and name, broadcast and stream identifiers, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, schedules, privacy settings, stream status, and authorization tokens. We use this data only to display connected-channel information and to create, configure, schedule, transmit, monitor, update, or stop YouTube broadcasts at your direction, provide support, maintain security, and comply with applicable platform rules.

LiveGoLive’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or permit humans to read it except with your affirmative agreement for a specific message or file, when necessary for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations as permitted by applicable policy.

We periodically confirm that authorization remains valid and refresh or delete stored YouTube API Data as required by YouTube’s policies. You may disconnect YouTube at any time in Studio, under your stream’s destination settings. You may also revoke LiveGoLive’s access through Google’s Security Settings.

When you disconnect YouTube through LiveGoLive, request deletion, or delete your LiveGoLive account, we will revoke applicable tokens and delete related Authorized Data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days, except information we must retain by law that is not YouTube API Data. If you revoke access only through Google, we will delete related YouTube API Data as soon as possible and within the period required by YouTube’s policies. Deleting data from LiveGoLive does not delete data stored by YouTube; you must use YouTube to delete content or data held by YouTube.

For questions or complaints concerning our use of YouTube API Data, contact us at [email protected].

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • service providers and processors that provide cloud hosting, media storage, content delivery, transcoding, infrastructure, authentication, security, monitoring, customer support, communications, analytics, billing, tax, and payment services;
  • streaming destinations and connected services at your direction, including YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and custom RTMP or SRT endpoints;
  • account owners and authorized team members where an account is created or administered by an organization;
  • professional advisers, such as lawyers, auditors, insurers, and accountants, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the Services; and
  • transaction participants, such as an acquirer, investor, lender, or adviser, in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose information with your direction or consent. We may also use or disclose information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably identify you, subject to applicable law.

LiveGoLive does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

6. International Data Transfers

LiveGoLive and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact [email protected] for information about applicable safeguards.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

In general:

  • account information, customer content, stream configurations, and connected-account information are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services;
  • if you delete content, disconnect a destination, cancel, or delete your account, we remove or de-identify associated information according to our deletion process, subject to limited backup cycles, fraud-prevention needs, legal holds, and legal obligations;
  • payment and transaction records are retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and financial laws;
  • support records and security logs are retained for a reasonable period based on their nature and operational need; and
  • YouTube API Data is refreshed or deleted according to Section 4 and applicable YouTube policies.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through our normal cycle. We will not restore deleted information to active systems except where necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, operate the Services, understand performance, and—if enabled—measure usage or marketing effectiveness.

Where required by law, non-essential analytics or advertising technologies will be used only after you provide consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may prevent portions of the Services from working.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include encryption in transit, access controls, credential protection, logging, monitoring, backups, and vendor review. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for using a strong, unique password; protecting your account, OAuth authorizations, stream keys, and devices; limiting team access; and notifying us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • request access to or a copy of personal information;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • request restriction of or object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or certain profiling, if applicable;
  • appeal our decision on a privacy request; and
  • complain to a competent data-protection authority.

You may update certain information or delete content through your account. To submit another request, contact [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”

You can:

  • unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message;
  • disconnect a streaming destination in Studio, under that stream’s destination settings;
  • revoke Google/YouTube authorization in Google Security Settings; and
  • request account deletion in Studio under Settings, or by contacting [email protected].

11. Additional US State Disclosures

If applicable law requires it, the categories of personal information we have collected in the preceding 12 months are described in Section 2; our business and commercial purposes are described in Sections 3 and 4; and the categories of recipients are described in Section 5.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law.

California’s “Shine the Light” law may permit California residents to request certain information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. LiveGoLive does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because no uniform standard currently governs how online services must respond, the Services do not respond to those signals unless required by law. Where legally required and technically supported, we process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, as requests to opt out for the associated browser or device.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of legal majority where you live—to create an account.

If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this Section, contact [email protected]. We will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services link to or interoperate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies govern their handling of information. We do not control and are not responsible for their independent practices. Review the policies of each destination or integration you connect.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the updated Policy and revise the “Effective date” above. If changes materially affect your rights or how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice as required by law, such as by email or an in-product notice. Where required, we will obtain new consent.
